Car rolls off the road in Hunterville

The Palmerston North Rescue Helicopter was dispatched to Hunterville at 8am this morning.

A car left the road just south of Hunterville hitting a road sign before impacting a bank and rolling several times.

There were three occupants in the car, one patient required Fire and Emergency to extract them from the vehicle. The patient sustained injuries to his head and arm.

The team transported a male in his 20’s to the hospital, the other two occupants were able to be transported by road.
