The TECT Rescue Helicopter attended a drowning at Dickey Flat on 1 February at around 2:20pm.
The man in his 20s got into difficulty whilst swimming in the popular swimming hole.
He was pulled from the water unconscious.
He was resuscitated by other swimmers.
He had to be winched to the helicopter before being flown to North Shore Hospital in a serious condition.
