On Thursday, May 13, the TECT Rescue Helicopter was tasked to Pauanui for a female patient in her sixties suffering a serious medical event that required immediate hospital care.

The patient was stabilised at the scene before being flown to Waikato Hospital.

That afternoon, they flew to Whakatane Hospital to transport a female patient in her fifties to Waikato Hospital for treatment.

In the early morning hours of Friday, May 14, the TECT Rescue Helicopter was talked to Tauranga Hospital.

The onboard crew transported a female patient in her forties suffering a medical event to Waikato Hospital for specialised treatment.

The same day, they were tasked to fly a 19-year-old female patient who was suffering a serious medical event from Tauranga Hospital to Waikato Hospital for specialised care.
