On Saturday the Waikato Westpac Rescue Helicopter was tasked for a NICU retrieval from Tauranga for a newborn baby.
At around midday, the crew was tasked for their second mission of the day.
A patient required airlifting from Tokora Hospital after a serious medical event. The patient was flown to Waikato Hospital.
Later on in the afternoon, the Waikato Westpac Rescue Helicopter was dispatched to Kawhai for a young motorcyclist. The patient was flown to Waikato Hospital.
